What about Desserts? Keep it simple ... Fresh Fruit! Initially, Fresh Fruit was my only Dessert. Always had my nightime Fruit Salad. Try buying or better yet, making your own fruit salads. Solo or Combos, they make for Great Desserts.

Until you lose the weight you'd like to lose, only have other desserts like Birthday Cake or holiday desserts for special occasions or family get togethers. And then, have what I call a "HALFA" ... halfa piece of cake ... halfa slice of ... you get it! Once again. avoid those desserts you might want to try with Artificial Sweeteners. Only desserts or cookies with Stevia. Erythritol or Monk Fruit as the natural sweeteners.
